Privacy notice
BEAUTINIFY is operated by Beautinify OÜ, Estonia. Contact us at info@beautinify.com about your personal data.
Your account and requests
We store your name, email address, password hash, email confirmation status and order requests. A request contains selected products, quantities, destination country and any message you choose to provide. We use this information to manage your account, respond to your request and understand product demand.
Requests and account emails are processed through our hosting and email provider, Zone. Staff who manage BEAUTINIFY can view requests in the store dashboard. We do not collect online payments or payment-card details in this version of the store.
Essential storage
These support sign-in, your basket, secure forms and remembering your cookie preferences. They cannot be switched off here.
Analytics cookies
Analytics is optional. We keep page views for 90 days and an anonymous visitor identifier for 180 days. We do not store IP addresses in analytics or share this data with advertisers.
Your choices
You can ask us to access, correct or delete your account and request data by emailing info@beautinify.com. Data needed for an active request is kept while we handle that request; we will explain any legal retention requirements if they apply. Account messages are transactional; creating an account does not subscribe you to marketing.
Please avoid entering sensitive personal information in request messages.

Language and currency choices are stored in your session. Country is estimated locally using an IP database; your IP is not sent to a geolocation service. Browser language is used before country to suggest a language. Delivery estimates send the destination country, postal code, city and parcel dimensions to the enabled carrier only when requested.
